Mrs. Downey received her Bachelor of Music Education with an Emphasis in Voice from K-State in 2016. She is an active member of the National Association for Music Educators (NAfME) and the Kansas Music Educators Association (KMEA). This is her seventh year teaching at Conway Springs.
